Copper sulphate in agriculture is used as feed additive for poultry and animal breeding. It is used as astringent medicine and disease prevention medicine as well as agricultural bactericide. As Industrial grade, Copper sulfate pentahydrate crystals employment as a raw material in the manufacture of other copper compounds, as a reagent in analytic chemistry, as an electrolyte for batteries and electroplating baths, and as a locally applied fungicide, bactericide, and astringent in medical therapy. And it is also used as textile mordant, bactericide and antiseptic of water, tanning, copper electroplating, beneficiation, etc.
